Then dive into the all-day celebration beginning at 8:00 am with Boogie’s Buddy Race, bicycle decorating and a kids’ carnival. The Old Fashioned 4th of July Parade is the highlight of the morning as it fills the streets of Aspen with one-of-a-kind 4th of July charm.

Afternoon in Aspen
Should you decide to stay in Aspen for the day, there will be plenty for you to do. The Community Picnic begins at 12:00 pm and lasts until 3:00 pm. Afterward, the Aspen Music School will be playing a free concert for all ages.

Afternoon in Snowmass
There are a few afternoon events available in Snowmass should you decide to spend the day there. Hit up Happy Hour in Snowmass at Venga Venga from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm or at The Artisan from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Alternatively, head up to Elk Camp and play outside in the Lost Forest for a few hours before returning to Snowmass Village for the evening’s celebration.

Evening in Snowmass
