One of the biggest mountain bike races in the country will be held in Snowmass Village again this year. The legendary Big Mountain Enduro race is again holding the finals at the Snowmass Bike Park along with some of the world class single track around Aspen and Snowmass.
Since Snowmass Bike Park and Aspen Mountain are the only lift served biking in the U.S. that offer 4,000-foot descents, starting above tree line all the way down to the mountain base, it’s no wonder the Enduro World Circuit chose Snowmass to represent one leg of the series.
This two-day race will have a pro circuit, expert, amateur, and master (40+ and 50+). Registration is still open for many of the divisions. Racers can signup here.
Riders will be subject to over 15,000 feet of descending some of the world’s most epic trails and climbing at least 3,000.
Snowmass Mountain has been supporting big mountain biking since the early days – starting over 16 years ago. Since its beginning, Aspen Snowmass has continue to push and progress the spot, creating new trails, features and jumps as the years go by.

The Snowmass race will also be part of the Enduro World Series – rider’s times will count toward the world circuit and their mission to win the world title. Snowmass is one of three stops in North America, along with Northstar, CA and Burke, Vermont.
