If you find yourself in Snowmass this weekend there’s no better option than the Craft Beer Festival in the Snowmass Mall! This is one of many events this summer we’re excited about. Read on for details:
This Friday, June 8th, the weekend gets going with a few key dinners from some of the best restaurants in the Roaring Fork Valley. The Redevouz Craft Beer Festival has three great options for dining on Friday night.
The brand new restaurant TORO Kitchen will be holding a four-course dinner with plenty of beer pairings for $85/person. This is the highest tier but we guarantee you would not be disappointed.
A local’s favorite, Slow Groovin’ BBQ will have a delicious three course BBQ dinner featuring Odells, Roaring Fork Beer Company, and Elevation Beer Co. This one will start at 6 PM and is $50/person.
Also fantastic is the Bavarian/German style restaurant, The Edge, which will host a Biergarten dinner and beers from the new, hyper-local Capitol Creek Brewery. Tickets will be $50/person and the dinner starts at 6 PM.

Capital Creek Brewery
These guys opened last year and have proven their skills in the craft beer industry. Locals have flocked to try the constantly fluctuating beer list and for good reason. Jerod Day, the master brewer, has years of experience that show through every beer.
Aspen Brewing Company
Supporting the locals of course! If you’ve never tried an Aspen Brew now is your chance to change that. They’ll have plenty of options to choose from so get your taste buds ready!
Roaring Fork Beer Company
Another classic local brewery, these guys have been around for a while and the Carbondale community has shown a religious loyalty to their well-crafted beers.
