After a long day of skiing at Aspen/Snowmass, do as the locals do and Aprés. Why do the locals do this? Well, because that’s all that us locals know to do, of course! Try asking any local in Aspen what they’re doing after skiing and you’ll most likely get a weird look from the dude in an old school onesie saying “Aprés??? Duh?”. Well, the same goes for Snowmass. However, the options for Aprés in Snowmass are a bit more plentiful some would say. Here are 5 of our favorite spots to hit up after skiing.
1. Lynn Britt Cabin
So you’re not quite ready to get off the mountain, but you want to start Aprés a little early? Go ahead and check out the Lynn Britt Cabin. Starting February 17, they have Aprés every Friday – Sunday starting at 2pm for the rest of the season. They’ve got a DJ, a fire pit, drink and food specials, and much more!

2. Venga Venga
Venga Venga is for the party animals. On weekends, EDM music blasts on the patio played by live DJs, tequila shots are poured, and margaritas flow like wine. If you don’t know how to dance in ski boots, maybe you should try going somewhere else.

3. Base Camp Bar & Grill
It’s still a party down at Base Camp, however, dancing isn’t necessarily required at this bar. Enjoy the huge outdoor fireplace and amazing views from this bar, you won’t be disappointed.

4. Slow Groovin’
If EDM music isn’t really your thing, and delicious smoked barbecue is, then Slow Groovin’ is your spot. Word on the street is they’ve also got some delicious margaritas and a great selection of food for after skiing. Top it off with some live music, and you’ve got yourself a Slow Groovin’ Aprés Ski.

5. Zane’s Tavern
If you’re more into the dive bar atmosphere and a juke box, check out Zane’s Tavern. This is a total local joint, so if you’re looking to get a rundown on what’s happening in Aspen/Snowmass, this is the place for you.
