Now that the mountains have a good base, we’ve been enjoying our days on the hill and all the events that Snowmass has to offer. Here are a few coming up soon that you won’t want to miss:
U.S. GRAND PRIX – January 10-14
The US Snowboard Team & US. Freeski Team will be competing in Snowmass for a chance to be named to the U.S. Olympic Team. This event includes halfpipe and slopestyle skiing and snowboarding, so head up to the Snowmass terrain park to watch the action.
67TH WINTERSKÖL CELEBRATION – January 11-14
Aspen’s annual Toast to Winter includes fireworks, games, arts and crafts and on-mountain activities for the whole family at Aspen and Snowmass.
GAY SKI WEEK – January 14-21
Aspen’s world famous LGBTQ event has amazing parties, music and plenty of other events. Just about every bar and restaurant in town has some event during this week and they’re sure to be a blast.

X GAMES – January 25-28
The biggest event in freestyle skiing, snowboard and various other winter sports. Athletes come from around the world to compete in this premiere contest. The entire town is packed with athletes and spectators alike and parties are held at every venue.
