So let’s clear it up once and for all. There are two Stonebridges in Snowmass Village, and they are not the same place. Both are excellent at what they do. They just do different things.
The Two Stonebridges, Side by Side
Stonebridge Condominiums — that’s us — sits at 30 Anderson Lane. We’re a condominium property: full one- to four-bedroom residences with complete kitchens, separate bedrooms, living and dining rooms, and in many units a fireplace and washer/dryer. The property is true ski-in/ski-out, with a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, and on-site parking, and it’s a stop on the free Snowmass Village Shuttle loop.
The Stonebridge Inn sits nearby at 300 Carriage Way. It’s a boutique hotel — roughly 93 rooms — operated as a Destination by Hyatt property, recently renovated, with hotel amenities including the Heathers restaurant, a pool and hot tub. It’s a well-regarded hotel, and if a classic hotel stay is what you want, it’s a fine choice.
The two properties are a short walk apart, which is exactly why the confusion never dies. Same neighborhood, same name, different experiences.
Condo vs. Hotel: Which Experience Fits Your Trip?
Choose a condominium if… you’re traveling as a family or group, staying more than a couple of nights, or simply like having space. Separate bedrooms mean the kids go down at eight and the adults keep the evening going. A real kitchen means breakfast before first chair without a restaurant bill, and a fridge full of après snacks. A washer/dryer means one suitcase instead of two. And our true ski-in/ski-out access means the day starts by clicking in at the door — no shuttle, no boot-walk through the village. The village: both properties put you minutes from the Snowmass Mall and Base Village via the free village shuttle, so restaurants, shops, and the Elk Camp Gondola are equally convenient from either.
